How Often Will My Home Be Occupied?

Our Property Management Services maximise income through high optimum pricing and using multiple listing platforms. Using various rental platforms such as Airbnb, we ensure that each listing is consistently generating high income. For those who also live in the home on occasion, our holiday management system works around your schedule to make sure that your home is always clean and ready for you when required.

What If The Property Gets Damaged?

Before and after each guest, the home is carefully inspected. In the event of damage, we handle all aspects and correct the situation. The listing platforms we use offers a Host Guarantee that protects hosts worldwide if damage occurs during an occupancy. We will also implement our own policies, such as high guest deposits to mitigate this risk.

How Flexible Is Putting Your Apartment In Vacation Homes?

Vacation homes make it easier to sell your property as there is a 3-month rolling contract, and therefore, you are not locked into renting the apartment out long term. You are also free to block off dates and use the apartment for personal use when needed.

Can Multiple Agents Lease My Property?

No. Working with other agents is very impractical; this is not a one-off transaction, we will be handling many bookings on the same unit throughout the year, and it would be impossible to synchronize availability and service provision with another operator. Lack of certainty over availability limits our ability to market the property on multiple channels. It would also not enhance your returns, because we advertise on every single short term advertising channel so it won’t help to have a duplicate listing. In Dubai, it is actually a legal requirement. DTCM require each operator to have exclusivity over the property. This is because they want to hold each operator accountable for everything that happens in that property.

Once we have established that you will be booking with us, we set up general maintenance and interior fit-out to prepare the property to photography and styling.

BOOKING MANAGEMENT

Ultimately, your property will be listed on various property portals and will be available on different prices throughout the time for maximum occupancy chances. This ensures that all property owners who choose us get the maximum possible benefit from their investment. You don’t need to worry about the other things; we manage the check-in and checkout alongside bringing smart locks for safety.

GUEST EXPERIENCE

The guests that stay at our property will be treated exceptionally well, which is essentially lead to higher reviews. The property will also be fully equipped with WiFi, toiletries and furnished kitchens for further convenience.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

We take care of all the cleaning services for guests between their stay and also any additional day where they may require laundry or cleaning services upon request, which will be followed upon additional cost. It is also our responsibility to resolve all maintenance-related issues.
